Heavenly Father,
We come before You as a team, grateful for the gift of this game and the strength in our bodies. Lord Jesus, draw us closer to You so that our true power comes not from ourselves, but from a deeper relationship with You. Fill us with Your strength, courage, and peace.
Protect each player from harm, from evil actions, and from negative thoughts that distract or divide us. Guard our hearts and minds. Remove fear—fear of pain, fear of losing, fear of failure. Replace it with boldness, resilience, and trust in Your plan.
Give us courage to push forward, to play with discipline and heart, and to leave the field knowing we gave our very best. Help us to compete with honor, to finish the race strong, and to glorify You in our effort, our attitude, and our teamwork.
Remind us that win or lose, we are loved deeply by You.
